This afternoon (April 28), a provincial delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Minh Luan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited families of policy beneficiaries and meritorious individuals in Ca Mau City.
The delegation visited two families of war invalids (category 4/4): Mr. Tran Van Hong (71 years old) residing in Hamlet 8, Ward 5, and Mr. Tran Van Cua (86 years old) residing in Hamlet 4, Ward 6, Ca Mau City. War invalid Tran Van Cua received the Third-Class Independence Medal and the First-Class Resistance Medal. Both families have faithfully followed the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations, and have a tradition of valuing education.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Comrade Nguyen Minh Luan expressed his deep respect and gratitude for the sacrifices, losses, and immense contributions of the heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers, meritorious individuals, and families of meritorious individuals in the cause of national liberation and reunification; he kindly inquired about their health and living conditions and listened to their stories. He also presented meaningful gifts on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of national liberation.

In a warm and heartfelt atmosphere, the wounded soldiers emotionally recounted unforgettable and heroic memories from the fierce and arduous resistance war, contributing to the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country. They also expressed their deep gratitude to the provincial leaders for their continued care and support for those who rendered meritorious service.
