This is a practical activity, demonstrating the joint efforts of various units and local authorities in caring for social welfare during the 2026 Lunar New Year.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Hua Sit, Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Loi commune, acknowledged and highly appreciated Agribank's sense of social responsibility and its support for the local development; and expressed his hope that in the future, Agribank will continue to pay attention to and cooperate with Vinh Loi commune to more effectively carry out community-oriented activities.

*Later that same day, Agribank's Ngoc Hien branch in Ca Mau organized a program to give Tet gifts to poor households in Tan An coastal commune.

At the event, Agribank Ngoc Hien branch presented 15 gift packages to disadvantaged households. The gifts included essential necessities and 500,000 VND in cash, contributing to encouraging and supporting people to alleviate difficulties and have a warmer and more fulfilling Tet holiday.

Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Han, Director of Agribank Ngoc Hien branch, said that sharing and accompanying people in coastal areas every Tet holiday has become a regular activity of the unit, aiming to contribute to bringing joy and warmth to families still facing many difficulties.

Not only during Tet (Lunar New Year), but also in recent times, Agribank Ngoc Hien has actively supported Tan An commune in social welfare work. According to Mr. Nguyen Van Linh, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, in the 2025 new rural development program, Agribank has supported the commune in building 150 houses with a total cost of over 13 billion VND, along with many scholarships for poor students who overcome difficulties.
