Nutritious breakfast – A solid foundation for public health.
Morning is the "golden" time to replenish nutrients and start the day effectively. Recognizing this importance, Amway and the Nutrilite Health Institute, in collaboration with the National Institute of Nutrition, have developed the Nutritional Morning Program to help Vietnamese people build a habit of eating a complete and balanced breakfast. The program provides scientific knowledge about the role of nutrition in health, the importance of healthy lifestyle habits, and offers useful advice to improve quality of life.
According to experts, a healthy breakfast not only provides energy but also helps improve mood, boost immunity, and enhance work performance. Besides a balanced diet, factors such as sufficient sleep, regular exercise, maintaining a positive attitude, and community engagement also play essential roles in building a solid foundation for good health.
Speaking about the significance of the training program, Associate Professor Dr. Tran Thanh Duong, Director of the National Institute of Nutrition, said: "This training course not only helps Amway distributors equip themselves with scientific nutritional knowledge but also plays an important role in raising community awareness about the importance of breakfast. We believe that with this cooperation, Amway will contribute to promoting a healthier generation of Vietnamese people, who are more proactive in taking care of their health starting from their daily habits."

It is expected that by the end of 2025, more than 30,000 distributors will have completed the training program.
The training program serves as a bridge connecting nutritional knowledge to the community.
To spread the scientific values of the Nutritional Morning Program, Amway has implemented an intensive training program specifically for its distributors. This program is taught by experts from the National Institute of Nutrition, with a curriculum built on scientific principles and practical research.
The training program is organized in two forms: in-person training in 7 major provinces and cities nationwide, including Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, An Giang, Tay Ninh, Hai Phong, and Thai Nguyen. The goal is to help distributors access knowledge from instructors and exchange practical experiences. The blended learning format, conducted online through Amway's e-learning platform, provides distributors with the flexibility to learn anytime, anywhere.
The training content includes knowledge about the importance of nutrition for health, providing a foundation of understanding essential nutrient groups and their roles in the body. In addition, the program guides participants on maintaining a healthy lifestyle through a positive mindset, quality sleep, appropriate exercise, and a scientific diet. The course also shares methods for building a scientifically sound breakfast, helping distributors understand how to choose suitable foods, balance nutrition, and form good morning habits.
With its well-structured investment in training programs, Amway expects its distributors to not only become individuals equipped with comprehensive nutritional knowledge but also inspiring ambassadors, helping the Vietnamese community raise awareness about health. Through this program, Amway is committed to accompanying consumers on their journey to building a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu, General Director of Amway Vietnam, shared: "This training program is not only an important step in enhancing the capacity of our distributors but also demonstrates Amway's long-term commitment to investing in public health. Amway's 'Live Healthy, Live Happy' strategy goes beyond simply providing quality products; it also aims to change habits and raise consumer awareness. We believe that through our collaboration with the National Institute of Nutrition, this program will create a positive and far-reaching impact on millions of Vietnamese families."
By the end of 2025, it is expected that more than 30,000 distributors will have completed this training program, fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to advise and guide customers in adopting a scientifically sound morning diet.
