Apple releases iOS 18.3 beta 1

Approximately one week after the official release of iOS 18.2 and iPadOS 18.2, Apple has launched iOS 18.3 beta 1 and iPadOS 18.3 beta 1, bringing a host of new features to users.

Users who have signed up for Apple's beta tests or developers can download iOS 18.3 beta 1 and iPadOS 18.3 beta 1 from their iPhone/iPad by going to Settings - General - Software Update.

There is still no information about the features Apple will include in the new update, but the company is working on implementing Apple Intelligence features.

Recently, the iOS 18.2 update introduced several new Apple Intelligence features such as Genmoji, Siri ChatGPT integration, and Image Playground. However, some AI features have yet to be introduced by Apple. These features are expected to be completed in the iOS 18.3 and iOS 18.4 updates, scheduled for release in 2025.

We can expect updates to Siri with iOS 18.3, and features Apple is developing include personalized contextual awareness, on-screen recognition, and the ability to do more within apps.

iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3 are expected to launch as early as the end of January 2025.
