Apple releases iOS 18.3 beta 2

Approximately three weeks after the initial release of the iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3 beta versions, Apple has released the iOS 18.3 beta 2 and iPadOS 18.3 beta 2 updates.

Users who have signed up for Apple's beta tests or those of developers can download iOS 18.3 beta 2 and iPadOS 18.3 beta 2 from their iPhone/iPad by going to Settings - General - Software Update.

Reportedly, there are no new Apple Intelligence features in iOS 18.3, iPadOS 18.3, and the updates available for all compatible iPhone/iPad models. The software was expected to support robot vacuums in HomeKit, but no noticeable changes were found in the initial beta.

Previously, the iOS 18.2 update introduced several new Apple Intelligence features such as Genmoji, Siri ChatGPT integration, and Image Playground. However, some artificial intelligence features have yet to be introduced by Apple. These features are expected to be completed in the iOS 18.3 and iOS 18.4 updates, scheduled for release in 2025.

We can expect updates to Siri with iOS 18.3, and features Apple is developing include personalized contextual awareness, on-screen recognition, and the ability to do more within apps.

The official iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3 updates are expected to be released in the next few weeks.
