Bloomberg , citing sources, reports that SpaceX is considering a potential merger with Tesla. If it happens, this would be a strategic move to combine aerospace technology with electric vehicles, expanding Elon Musk's influence in both industries.

Apple acquires startup Q.ai.

Apple has just acquired Q.ai, an Israeli startup specializing in image processing and machine learning technology, for nearly $2 billion. The deal is expected to help Apple enhance its AI capabilities, especially in the areas of audio and wearable devices.

Q.ai develops technology for recognizing whispered speech and improving sound in noisy environments, suitable for products like AirPods and Vision Pro. The founding team, consisting of Aviad Maizels, Yonatan Wexler, and Avi Barliya, will join Apple after the acquisition.

This is Apple's second major acquisition after buying Beats Electronics in 2014. The move comes just before Apple releases its quarterly earnings report, with expectations of $138 billion in revenue and the strongest iPhone growth in four years.

China has over 4.83 million 5G base stations.

According to newly released data, China will have installed more than 4.83 million 5G base stations nationwide by the end of 2025. This is a significant step forward in expanding 5G coverage, serving the high-speed connectivity needs of citizens and businesses.
