On February 6, the 25th Session (Special Session) of the 17th term People's Council of Hoa Binh province, term 2021 - 2026 took place with many important contents.
At the meeting, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the People's Council of Hoa Binh province Nguyen Thi Cam Phuong emphasized that the meeting took place at a time when Party committees, authorities, business communities and people are making efforts to implement many positive solutions to remove difficulties, promote production and business, ensure social security, national defense and security, strive to complete the socio -economic development goals set in the first quarter of 2025, ensuring social security, national defense and security.
The Standing Committee of the People's Council of Hoa Binh province also requested that the delegates of the People's Council of the province uphold the spirit of responsibility, promote intelligence, solidarity, democracy, spend time studying documents, giving opinions, clearly expressing views on each content, focusing on issues with different opinions, creating high unity so that the People's Council of the province can make correct decisions, meeting the requirements and aspirations of voters and people of all ethnic groups in the province.
At the Session, the People's Council of Hoa Binh province carried out the process of introducing personnel and electing the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2021 - 2026 for Ms. Bui Thi Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, delegate of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII with 53/53 votes in favor, reaching 100%.
The People's Council of Hoa Binh province dismissed Mr. Bui Tien Luc and Ms. Nguyen Thu Ha from the positions of Head and Deputy Head of the Ethnic Committee of the 17th Provincial People's Council. At the same time, the People's Council of Hoa Binh province elected Ms. Nguyen Thu Ha as Deputy Head of the Culture and Social Committee of the People's Council of Hoa Binh province with 53/53 votes in favor, reaching 100%.
At the meeting, the People's Council of Hoa Binh province passed resolutions on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee; Resolution on deciding the staffing of civil servants in State administrative agencies in 2025; Resolution on ending the activities of the Ethnic Committee of the Provincial People's Council.
Ms. Bui Thi Minh affirmed that after a period of working with a spirit of urgency, democracy and responsibility towards voters and people in the province, the 25th Session of the 17th term People's Council of Hoa Binh province has completed the set program. At the same time, she requested that the comrades who were trusted and elected to hold leadership positions of the Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term continue to inherit the tradition of solidarity and unity, promote their intelligence and work experience, and successfully complete the new tasks entrusted to them by the Party, government and people.

Thereby, Ms. Bui Thi Minh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, was elected to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020 - 2025 with an absolute number of votes.
