Ca Mau has many establishments producing salted crabs, including Chau Sang Seafood Company Limited (called Chau Sang Company) in Hamlet 8, Rach Goc Town, Ngoc Hien District. The Company's products have a rich, indescribable flavor and have been certified as 3-star OCOP products. The crabs here are processed with food safety procedures, the raw material is fresh crabs purchased from boats, forest goers, and square houses.

Thanks to its quality and reputation, the salted crab products of Chau Sang Company are now available in domestic and foreign markets. On average, the Company supplies the market with about 2 - 3 tons of salted crabs each month.

Salted crabs are packaged from 1 to 5kg, selling price from 80,000 - 120,000 VND/kg. In addition to salted crabs, the Company also trades fresh crabs, fresh crabs, raw shrimp, forest products, shrimp paste, seafood (shrimp, crab, square fish...). In the coming time, the Company will continue to expand the domestic market and export.
