For the second consecutive year, Hum Garden vegetarian restaurant has been named in the Bib Gourmand category (delicious and affordable restaurant). The Michelin Guide describes Hum Garden as follows: "Vietnamese-inspired vegetarian dishes, rich with modern variations, primarily using fresh, organic ingredients sourced directly from farms. Hum's simple yet delicious square spring rolls..."

Upon receiving the Michelin Guide recognition and the attention from the culinary community, representatives from Hum Garden stated that this is a great joy for the Hum Dining team in general and the Hum Garden branch in particular.
"For over a decade, our dedicated team has strived to pioneer the style of plant-based cuisine in Vietnam, meticulously crafting meals that offer a complete experience in terms of color, aroma, and taste, as well as health benefits and mental well-being," the restaurant stated.
Interestingly, the Mặn Mòi restaurant, located next to Hum Garden, is also being honored with the Michelin Bib Gourmand award for the first time this year.
Vegetarian Garden
The Michelin Guide has once again named Chay Garden in the Gourmand Bib category for 2024, a feat the restaurant calls a "continuation of its green journey." A representative from the restaurant expressed delight that the efforts and hard work of the team have been recognized.
The food at Chay Garden has received high praise from the Michelin Guide.
"Along with nutritious and wholesome vegetarian dishes made from fresh green vegetables and fruits, Chay Garden meticulously prepares delicious meals while preserving nutrients to support good health. Each dish is carefully prepared, presented with care and skill so that diners can enjoy the subtlety of color, aroma, and taste with every bite," the restaurant introduces.
Located at the end of a quiet alley in the heart of bustling Ho Chi Minh City, Chay Garden, according to the Michelin Guide, serves delicious and affordable Vietnamese dishes, such as braised eggplant with banana and tofu.
The colonial-style house features a shady courtyard, providing the perfect setting for a high-end dining experience.
Vi Que Kitchen
This is the first time this restaurant has been honored by the Michelin Guide in the "good, affordable" category. According to Michelin, Vi Que Kitchen is a modern vegan restaurant in Vietnam that combines flavors from all over the country with creative touches. The dishes are flavorful, and the cozy atmosphere and music are a plus for the restaurant.

Du Yen
Located in a quiet neighborhood in Thao Dien (Thu Duc City), Du Yen vegetarian restaurant boasts a rustic yet elegant ambiance, according to the Michelin Guide. The menu is diverse, featuring Vietnamese dishes as well as Western and Thai-style cuisine.
"Butterfly flower spring rolls are beautiful rice paper rolls decorated with edible flowers. The peanut dipping sauce has a sweet taste that pairs perfectly with the vegetables. The vegetarian version of Hue-style rice cakes is wrapped in banana leaves and served with fish sauce," the Michelin Guide describes.
The visually appealing dishes in Du Yen
The Du Yen restaurant team expressed their delight at being named in the Michelin Selected category for the first time this year. Having been in operation for less than a year, they consider this recognition a great gift that will motivate them to continue striving to earn the trust and loyalty of their customers.
