The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department implements tasks for the second quarter.

On the afternoon of April 4th, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department held a conference to review mass mobilization work in the first quarter and to implement tasks for the second quarter of 2024. Comrade Do Viet Anh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, chaired the conference.

In the first quarter of 2024, the provincial mass mobilization system at all levels continued to do a good job of gathering information and disseminating information, mobilizing cadres, union members, association members, and all strata of the people to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and the province's political tasks, which were given priority in implementation.

The launching of emulation movements to achieve outstanding results in celebration of the Party, the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Dragon 2024, and national and provincial anniversaries has been intensified. Attention has been paid to mass mobilization work in ethnic minority and religious communities.

The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department and the district and city Party Committees have promptly advised their respective Party Committees to organize the dissemination and implementation of new documents from the Central and provincial authorities related to mass mobilization work; issued leadership and guidance documents to effectively implement mass mobilization work; and advised on the organization of the Fatherland Front Congress and the Youth Union Congress at all levels for the 2024-2029 term...

Simultaneously, we coordinate with various sectors and units to implement many meaningful and practical social welfare activities.

The Steering Committee for Religious Affairs; the Steering Committee for the Implementation of Grassroots Democracy Regulations; the Steering Committee for the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Emulation Movement; and the Steering Committee for Coordinating Mass Mobilization Activities in Building and Defending the Fatherland in the province will continue to effectively carry out their assigned tasks.

At the conference, representatives from the Party Committees' Mass Mobilization Departments of districts and cities clarified the results of implementing mass mobilization tasks in their respective areas; and proposed solutions to effectively carry out mass mobilization work in the second quarter of 2024.

Regarding the key tasks of mass mobilization work in the second quarter, Comrade Do Viet Anh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, emphasized: The mass mobilization system at all levels of the province needs to continue to closely monitor the situation of the people, workers, religious groups, and ethnic groups; strengthen propaganda work, especially by increasing the dissemination of information about the outstanding achievements of the province in the first quarter of 2024.

Promoting emulation movements to celebrate the 49th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam (April 30), International Labor Day (May 1), the 65th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's visit to Ninh Binh, the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory; the 10th anniversary of the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex being recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site; and activities during the 2024 Workers' Month...

Continue to advise the Party Committee on the thorough understanding, implementation, preliminary review, and overall evaluation of directives, resolutions, and conclusions of the Central Committee and the province on mass mobilization work, in conjunction with the theme of the Provincial Party Committee's work for 2024.

Organize propaganda classes, training courses, and capacity-building programs for cadres working in mass mobilization.
Coordinate with relevant agencies to monitor the implementation of the Law on Beliefs and Religions; guide and facilitate religions in organizing activities in accordance with regulations.

Prepare the content for the mid-year review and the implementation of tasks for the last six months of 2024, ensuring practicality and effectiveness.
