Mr. Le Phu Hanh's family was one of the first households in Cam Toai Trung village (Hoa Vang commune) to hand over land for the implementation of the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 14B through the area.

Pointing to the plot of land along National Highway 14B – where his family had lived for many years – Mr. Hanh said that they had been allocated a resettlement plot not far from their old house.

"When representatives from various associations and organizations came to publicize the relocation plan, we immediately agreed because everyone was looking forward to a new, spacious road," Mr. Hanh shared, while also hoping the project would be completed soon so that people could have stable lives, convenient transportation in a green, clean, and beautiful environment, and create momentum to promote the development of the locality and the city.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Hoa Vang commune, said that after the city implemented land clearance for the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 14B, the Women's Union coordinated with the political system of the villages to promote propaganda and mobilize people. Timely support helped to hand over the land on schedule for this key project.

According to Ms. Ly, the Women's Union of the commune closely cooperates with the People's Committee and local organizations, going "door to door," to help people promptly grasp the city's policies and guidelines.

Ms. Le Thi Thuy Linh, a member of the Women's Association of Cam Toai Trung village, said that although many households subject to relocation still face difficulties, after being persuaded, they all agreed to move for the common good. To date, most households in the village have completed handing over the land.

"The mobilization efforts were carried out regularly, and information was conveyed to each household very specifically. All opinions from the people were thoroughly recorded. The local authorities highly commend the spirit of the households, especially those who were pioneers in handing over the land for the project," Ms. Linh added.

According to the report of the Hoa Vang Commune Party Committee on 10 years of implementing Conclusion No. 114-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee, the locality has effectively implemented 9 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models in many fields to improve the quality of mass mobilization work of state agencies.

The Party Committee of Hoa Vang commune highly appreciates the "Effective Public Mobilization in Relocation and Clearance Work" model spearheaded by the Women's Union of the commune. This model plays a core role in mobilizing members and the people to hand over land for two key projects: the upgrading and expansion of National Highway 14B and the Khương Mỹ cross-road project connecting to National Highway 14G.

Furthermore, in the former Hoa Phong and Hoa Phu communes, the Hoa Vang Women's Union has played a crucial role in disseminating information and mobilizing the people to build alleyways and internal agricultural roads, ensuring the project's progress in the villages.

Besides the model of "Effective public mobilization in relocation and clearance work," women in Hoa Vang also implement many practical movements such as: "Sorting and collecting recyclable waste to build a social welfare fund," "10,000 acts of love," "Safe, green, clean, and beautiful residential areas," and "Mobile citizen support teams."

According to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Vang commune, through these models, local women not only contribute to effectively solving issues of social welfare, environment, and security and order, but also affirm their core role in administrative reform, digital transformation, and building a cultural life.
