At the event, young talents from children's clubs across Hanoi, such as Sao Viet Nhi (Dong Ngac Ward), Ganarokids (Dong Ngac Ward), Tuoi Tho (Ngoc Ha Ward), Happykids (Tu Liem Ward), Star Academy (Dinh Cong Ward), etc., presented the audience with spectacular performances of singing, dancing, music, modern dance, clown acts, and martial arts. The performances were meticulously prepared and staged; they showcased professionalism and artistry while retaining the innocence and joy of childhood. This was a meaningful opportunity for the clubs to interact, learn from each other, and discover and nurture children's talents.

According to Nguyen Duy Tuan, Director of the Dong Ngac Ward Cultural, Information and Sports Center, the children's clubs in Dong Ngac Ward have implemented many beneficial activities and achieved high results in school competitions. This summer, the Center will continue to open talent classes for students aged 4-14 to enhance their spiritual lives and select promising individuals to participate in upcoming competitions such as group singing and dancing, children's songs, and book promotion and introduction.

According to Nguyen Thi Huong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Ngac Ward, in recent years, the local Party committee and government have always worked alongside schools in the care and education of children; from looking after their material and spiritual well-being to building a safe and healthy environment for play.

Currently, Dong Ngac ward has 17 public schools, 2 private schools, and 63 independent preschools with over 22,600 students. The 2025-2026 school year will be the first year the locality implements a two-tiered government model. The ward's Education and Training Department has strived to effectively implement its tasks, strongly applying artificial intelligence (AI) and science and technology to teaching; while also promoting STEM education, foreign languages, and life skills. The educational environment is built on the principle of "Happy Schools," helping students develop comprehensively in terms of morality, intellect, physical health, and aesthetics.

In addition, Dong Ngac ward has strengthened coordination between families and schools through seminars on parenting skills, preventing school violence, child abuse, and online safety.
To manage students during the summer, Dong Ngac ward continues to effectively maintain summer activities in residential areas. Many beneficial activities such as storytelling competitions, reading sessions, folk games, and training on accident prevention, injury prevention, and drowning prevention will be organized regularly, helping children develop skills, strengthen solidarity, and stay away from negative influences from the online environment.
