31 new internal administrative procedures have been issued.

In order to promote administrative procedure reform and improve the efficiency of management in the areas of administration of agencies and units in the province, in May 2026, the Provincial People's Committee directed departments, agencies, and commune/ward People's Committees to strengthen the improvement of the investment and business environment, promote provincial competitiveness, and effectively implement the "24-hour Green Lane" and "60% Green Lane" mechanisms in the province.

As of May 21st, according to the province's report on administrative procedure reform results for May, departments and agencies have processed 197 administrative procedure dossiers applying the 24-hour Green Lane and 60% Green Lane mechanisms; commune-level People's Committees have processed 1,066 administrative procedure dossiers applying the 60% Green Lane mechanism.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has issued a decision announcing internal administrative procedures within the state administrative system of Thai Nguyen province, with 31 new internal administrative procedures and 4 abolished internal administrative procedures.

Regarding reforms in administrative procedure implementation, according to statistics from the Ministry's index for directing and evaluating the quality of service to citizens and businesses in the implementation of administrative procedures and public services in real time on the electronic environment on the National Public Service Portal, as of the reporting date, the results of the index for transparency in the implementation of administrative procedures and provision of public services in Thai Nguyen province reached 18/18 points; the results of the online public service index reached 10/12 points; the results of the online payment index reached 10/10 points; and the results of the document digitization index reached 20.96/22 points.

The Provincial People's Committee has directed departments, agencies, and localities to effectively implement the province's plans on administrative procedure control and the one-stop shop and integrated one-stop shop mechanisms in resolving administrative procedures in the province. The resolution of administrative procedures for citizens and businesses has been smooth and uninterrupted.

100% of the public administrative service centers in communes and wards have functional zones to ensure the reception and processing of administrative procedures within their jurisdiction, and have assigned specialized officials and civil servants to receive and return the results of these procedures.
