In the 4-storey house, the ground floor and 1st floor are where the kitchen and dining table are located, the remaining floors are the residence and activities of the owner. In particular, the restaurant also has a room dedicated to guests coming to eat with family.

In the kitchen, Ms. Suong and 4 staff members are busy preparing dishes, while Mr. Thuan receives guests, sometimes helping his wife with some odd jobs. Few people know, the new restaurant was opened a few days ago, from the passion of cooking of her sister-in-law.

“I love cooking for people and that's why my husband and I opened this restaurant. Since I was a child, I have been able to eat Quang dishes from my mother's hometown, and then fall in love with the taste. I hope to be able to bring my family's own recipe, bring the taste of my homeland to this land of Saigon," said the owner.

For that reason, all the ingredients to cook the dish are mostly fresh and clean ingredients brought from the countryside to Ho Chi Minh City every day to ensure freshness as well as ensure the bowl of noodles "bold Quang Nam" possible.

In the early afternoon, Mr. Tan Nhu Tinh (37 years old, Tan Phu district) stopped by the restaurant to eat.
