According to Mundo Deportivo , Barcelona exceeded their projected revenue for the past season, reaching €62 million, €44 million higher than the previous season. A large part of this success came from a new sponsorship deal with Nike and performance bonuses from Champions League matches.
The majority of this €62 million will be used to reward coach Hansi Flick and his team. AS reports that Barcelona's coaching staff will each receive an additional €20,000 for winning La Liga and the Copa del Rey, in addition to receiving €10,000 for winning the Spanish Super Cup.
Earlier, at a club party, President Laporta also announced that all staff would receive double pay in June to recognize their efforts during the 2024/25 season.
The Barcelona squad also received a share of the aforementioned bonus money. On average, each player received approximately 1.25 million euros in bonuses. The total bonus amounted to 25 million euros.
In addition, 1 million euros were allocated to the professional staff at Camp Nou and 2 million euros to the team in other areas.
This summer, Barcelona chose Asia as their destination for pre-season preparations. The team will face Vissel Kobe, FC Seoul, and Daegu FC over an eight-day period.
AS reports that the Catalan giant will earn at least 15 million euros from this trip. This figure could rise to 20 million euros depending on other factors such as bonuses or sponsorships.
