Accordingly, during the work process, Huy saw many tons of iron being processed and poorly managed, so he had the intention of stealing.
On November 3, due to personal expenses, Huy called a crane to sell 11 tons of processed iron for 12 million VND. On the morning of November 84,7, the project owner discovered the above iron was missing and reported it to the police.
During the investigation, the police identified Dang Quang Huy as the suspect. At the Investigation Agency, Quang Huy admitted the theft.

At the police station, Hung confessed that he had committed the act of theft because he needed money for personal expenses. He had previously stolen two sewer covers and sold them for 2 VND.
Previously, on July 3, Tra Vinh City Police also caught Hung red-handed stealing 7 rolls of telephone cables from Telecommunications Center 7, Tra Vinh City. During the work process, Hung confessed to committing a crime. Because there was no conclusion on asset valuation, Hung was released, and then continued to commit crimes.
According to the conclusion of the Asset Valuation Council, the 7 rolls of cable Hung stole had a total value of more than 3,6 million VND. On the afternoon of August 12, Tra Vinh City Police Department issued a decision to prosecute a criminal case, prosecute the defendant and execute an arrest warrant for Le Hoang Hung for the crime of property theft.
