According to the initial investigation, Thanh Hoa City Police discovered that Tran Thi Phuong is the owner of the cosmetics store "Phuong Tran" at 260-262, Quang Trung Street, Ngoc Trao Ward, Thanh Hoa City, trading in products. Femfresh feminine hygiene products are suspected to be fake and often livestream sales on social networking sites.
Through verification, Thanh Hoa City Police determined that the genuine Femfresh feminine hygiene solution product originated in England, of the brand Chuch & Dwight CO. Production Inc.
The product is exclusively distributed in the Vietnamese market by Tran Gia Development and Trading Company Limited, address 149 Xuan Thuy, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City.
When the police worked with Tran Thi Phuong to clarify the origin of the Femfresh feminine hygiene solution product that Phuong was selling at the store, Phuong admitted: from the beginning of 2024 until now, Phuong has purchased hygiene solution products. Femfresh women's birth products are fake products, displayed in stores and sold for profit.
To date, Phuong has voluntarily handed over counterfeit goods including 235 bottles of fake feminine hygiene solution, with a total value of nearly 40 million VND.
Expanding the investigation, Thanh Hoa City Police summoned two suspects of supplying fake goods to the market, Pham Thuy Dung and Nguyen Thi Phuong.
Through working and searching the residences of the two suspects mentioned above, Thanh Hoa City Police confiscated 794 bottles of Femfresh feminine hygiene solution, currently unable to present invoices and documents according to the provisions of law.
According to the initial testimony of the suspects, the Femfresh products mentioned above are all fake, not provided by the exclusive product distribution unit in the Vietnamese market.
Thanh Hoa City Police are continuing to investigate and expand the case.
