Seven untouchable players at Real Madrid

Real Madrid have had an impressive start to the season with three consecutive wins thanks to a group of players trusted by coach Xabi Alonso.

In the three victories against Osasuna (1-0), Oviedo (3-0) and Mallorca (2-1), seven players became indispensable elements in Alonso's squad, including Thibaut Courtois, Dean Huijsen, Alvaro Carreras, Federico Valverde, Aurelien Tchouameni, Arda Guler and Kylian Mbappe.

Of which, the first 5 faces played the full 270 minutes, while Guler and Mbappe had a total playing time of 236 and 267 minutes respectively.

Up front, Mbappe showed his leadership on the pitch. He scored 3 goals, sharing the top spot in the La Liga scoring charts with Tajon Buchanan (Villarreal) and Adrian Liso (Getafe).

In the midfield, Tchouameni, Valverde and Guler are the key players. Tchouameni and Valverde provide the competitive power and mobility, while Guler creates the difference with important assists.

Real Madrid's defense is also gradually gaining confidence. Courtois, Huijsen and Carreras combine to form a solid defensive wall. Of which, Huijsen and Carreras quickly prove their ability and take the starting position despite only just joining the team.

Huijsen showed good leadership in defence, while Carreras showed his versatility by being able to take on multiple roles on the pitch.

With the top spot in La Liga after 3 rounds, Alonso has shown a promising start at the Bernabeu.
