On the morning of September 7, in Hanoi, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of Voice of Vietnam (September 7, 1945 - September 7, 2025) and received the Ho Chi Minh Medal for the third time.

Also attending were Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party and Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs ; Central Committee members: Mai Van Chinh, Deputy Prime Minister; Nguyen Duc Hai, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly; representatives of leaders from central committees, ministries, branches, and agencies; and representatives of diplomatic agencies and international news agencies in Vietnam.
