The event is not only an opportunity for all levels and sectors to look back on the progress made in sustainable poverty reduction, but also a gathering place for the spirit of sharing and community responsibility, where inspiring examples of overcoming difficulties and rising in life are appreciated and shared, and where compassionate hearts join hands to bring more hope and motivation to people still facing many hardships.
Through this program, the Organizing Committee hopes to send a message that is both relatable and meaningful: that every collective effort today will contribute to opening up more opportunities, livelihoods, and hope for the poor to confidently rise above their circumstances, stabilize their lives, and achieve sustainable development.
At the event, the Organizing Committee set up booths providing free medical examinations, career counseling, job placement services, and legal support for poor and near-poor households, children of poor households, and disadvantaged families in Lang Son province.
