Young men and women from Lang Son joyfully welcomed the Congress with cultural performances rich in national identity.
The 15th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lang Son province had 196 outstanding delegates, of which 99 were from ethnic minority groups, accounting for 49.5%. The majority were from the Tay, Nung, Dao, Hoa, San Chay, and Hmong ethnic groups. The young delegates from Lang Son prepared their most beautiful and vibrant outfits to attend the Congress.
Ms. Hoang Nhu Quynh, of the Tay ethnic group, Secretary of the Youth Union of Quoc Viet commune, presented her remarks at the Congress.
Dang Thi Phuong Cuc, of the Tay ethnic group, Secretary of the Youth Union of Dinh Lap commune, is an outstanding figure who participated in the Presidium of the Congress.
The Lang Son Provincial Youth Union encourages its members and young people in the province to preserve the national cultural heritage, strongly promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and responsibility of cadres, members, and young people in organizing and implementing patriotic emulation movements before, during, and after the Congress, contributing to the achievement of socio -economic development goals and better caring for the legitimate needs and interests of its members and young people.
Female delegates from the Tau and Nung ethnic groups in Lang Son province attended the Congress.
Young men and women from ethnic minority groups gathered to participate in the grand youth festival of Lang Son .
Lang Son is a mountainous, border province with over 82% ethnic minority population, comprising many different ethnic groups living together. Over the past period, the ethnic minority communities – including local young people – have continuously strived for progress, showing significant changes in all areas of the economy, culture, and national defense and security.
Children and teenagers in Lang Son province are delighted and love wearing traditional ethnic costumes.
The teenagers excitedly came to welcome the Congress.
Notably, among the outstanding delegates participating in the Congress is Loc Thi Thanh Thu (16 years old), Secretary of the Youth Union of Hamlet 2, Na Sam Commune, Lang Son Province. She has achieved many accomplishments in her studies, training, activities, Youth Union, and youth movements in the locality.
The 15th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lang Son province for the 2025-2030 term is truly a grand celebration, a vibrant garden of diverse flowers, leaving its mark on the border region of Lang Son.
