Ms. Trinh Thi Hong Van (Khanh Hoa Bird's Nest) was honored as an outstanding science and technology entrepreneur for her research on producing health protection products from natural bird's nest extract.

On December 12th, in Hanoi, as part of the National Innovation Startup Festival (TECHFEST Vietnam) 2025 series of events, a ceremony was held to honor outstanding science and technology entrepreneurs, innovative startup entrepreneurs, managers, experts, and mentors; as well as exemplary products, projects, and solutions that have made a significant impact at the local level.

The event honors outstanding individuals and organizations in the field of science and technology, affirming their pioneering role in applying international standards to goods production.

With the topic "Developing a production process for health protection products from natural Khánh Hòa bird's nest extract," Ms. Trịnh Thị Hồng Vân, Chairwoman of the Board of Members of Khánh Hòa Bird's Nest Company, was honored as a typical science and technology entrepreneur/innovative startup entrepreneur with outstanding products/projects/solutions in addressing local and business challenges in economic regions.

The research has resulted in the launch of three product lines made from natural Khánh Hòa bird's nest extract by Sanvinest for children, the elderly, and other age groups, and two sugar-free product lines for children, the elderly, and other age groups.

After two years of production, product revenue reached 44 billion VND, contributing to the company's total revenue reaching nearly 12,993 billion VND during the 2021-2025 period. Approximately 25,000-30,000 people directly benefit from the nutrients, accounting for about 15-30% of the company's total annual revenue. Building on this foundation, the company continues to diversify its product range with additional value-added offerings.
