The Gia Lam Park construction project (Gia Lam commune, Hanoi ) covers a total area of 31 hectares and is divided into two phases. The image shows the park project belonging to phase 1, with an area of 14 hectares and an investment of nearly 290 billion VND.

Construction began in June 2024, with the Gia Lam District (formerly) Investment and Construction Project Management Board as the investor, and includes infrastructure for the park, flower gardens, and lake.

Gia Lam Park is bordered by Nguyen Mau Tai, Thuan An, Thanh Trung streets and Gia Lam General Hospital. The main gate of the park is opposite the headquarters of the commune-level government agency.

This first phase of the project includes over 9 hectares of lake surface area, over 1.7 hectares of transportation routes, and over 3 hectares of greenery and flower gardens.

The photo shows a pedestrian bridge spanning a retention pond within the park, a unique highlight of the project.

In recent days, workers have been busy completing tasks such as pouring concrete, laying paving stones, and installing electrical systems.

The interior design elements are gradually being completed synchronously along the route, and the public landscape infrastructure of the project has also taken shape quite clearly.

The park's entrance gate, shaped like a large five-petaled lotus flower, is now largely complete. The Gia Lam Park project commenced on June 11, 2024, with an expected completion date at the end of 2024, but has been delayed three times. Currently, construction is proceeding rapidly.
