On November 18th, the Provincial Border Guard Command launched a campaign to accelerate and achieve breakthroughs in fulfilling the goals and tasks to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2026) and the 14th National Congress of the Party.

During the emulation campaign from November 20, 2025 to January 31, 2026, the Provincial Border Guard Command will focus on disseminating and educating about the Party's leadership role; the significance and importance of the 14th National Congress of the Party; the context, meaning, and immense historical value of the first National Assembly election of the country; and the traditions of the nation and the Army.

Organize the study and thorough understanding of the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, especially the content of General Secretary To Lam's "2 steadfast principles, 2 principles to strengthen, and 2 principles to prevent." Proactively supplement plans, conduct combat readiness training, effectively handle situations, and firmly protect national territorial sovereignty and border security.

In addition, regular education is needed to raise awareness, responsibility, and compliance with laws and discipline among officers and soldiers, promoting the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers"; improving the quality of building strong, comprehensive, "exemplary and outstanding" units in conjunction with Party building...
