During the session, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha congratulated the "child National Assembly delegates" and "child Government members" on their successful discussions, questioning, and explanations regarding pressing and timely issues in caring for and protecting children, including: preventing and combating accidents, injuries, violence, and abuse against children; and protecting children's healthy and creative interaction in the digital transformation process.

The Deputy Prime Minister was deeply impressed by the maturity, profound understanding, clear thinking, sharp oratorical skills, and sense of responsibility of the young delegates regarding issues that are "small but significant," at their own age. Their questions, answers, and exchanges of opinions left adults with profound thoughts about their responsibilities and obligations concerning issues that are crucial and practical for children and the future of the country.

While perhaps not exhaustive, the questions and statements made by delegates at the session represent the aspirations of Vietnamese children to the National Assembly and the Government. Moreover, they are the voices of the future, addressing the country's development decisions made today.

The Deputy Prime Minister affirmed that, within their authority and responsibility, the Deputy Prime Minister and other leaders and members of the Government will always listen to and acknowledge the opinions of the children, especially on issues decided in the Resolution of the mock "Children's Parliament" session, in order to further improve and organize the implementation of laws; and to build and issue specific and practical action plans to care for, protect, and create an environment for more than 15 million Vietnamese children and teenagers to develop in a better and safer way.

Resolution 80-NQ/TW: Unlocking cultural resources in the new eraTo ensure that the spirit of Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW of the Politburo on cultural development truly permeates daily life, the key task is to urgently institutionalize these viewpoints and orientations into a system of laws, political mechanisms, and specific policies, creating a solid legal framework for the revitalization of Vietnamese culture.

The Government and the Prime Minister will direct ministries, sectors, and localities to strive to build a safe, healthy learning environment that fosters the comprehensive development of morality, intellect, physical health, and aesthetics, aiming towards a united and responsible learning community. This will be a place where every student has the opportunity to develop and showcase their talents, ready to master new knowledge, adapt to change, and become responsible global citizens in the future.

The government and ministries, departments, and localities will also focus on building codes of conduct for cultural safety in schools, public spaces, families, and online environments. Relevant parties will implement solutions to promote positive and beneficial information, equipping children with knowledge and skills, fostering love for their homeland and people; and effectively preventing harmful and toxic information and content unsuitable for children and teenagers. Authorities will create more channels and forums for children to express their aspirations and participate in the development and improvement of policies related to them.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested that the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and other ministries, sectors, and localities continue to organize more beneficial activities and playgrounds. Through these, children can both hone their skills and participate genuinely in areas of social life that interest them, starting from within schools and communities. This will contribute to training generations of confident, capable, and responsible Vietnamese citizens who are ready to contribute their strength and intellect from a young age for the prosperity and longevity of the country and for the progress of society.
