Bellingham is confident in Real Madrid's ability to reverse the score against Arsenal.

Real Madrid are renowned for their memorable comebacks in European competition, and Bellingham believes the Bernabeu will be a “Real Madrid night”, with his side having the chance to make history once again.

“Remontada… I’ve heard it a million times in the last week,” Bellingham said. “I’ve watched a lot of videos and it’s really motivating. It’s a night that Real Madrid can always do, a night that we’re used to here. Hopefully we can write another special night.”

The Englishman did not hide his confidence: “The first leg result was one of the worst we could have imagined, but the good thing is that everyone is convinced that we will come back. This feeling is great. It shows belief in our talent, and I know I am at the best club in the world .”

Real Madrid have surprised fans with classic comebacks in the past, and Bellingham insists he feels the high expectations from the club whenever they are struggling.

In the first leg of the quarter-finals at Emirates Stadium, Real Madrid suffered a crushing 0-3 defeat to Arsenal. Midfielder Declan Rice shone brightly with two superb free-kick goals, giving the Gunners a huge advantage.

Bellingham admitted he was surprised by the quality of Rice’s shots. “I knew Rice was a good free-kick taker, but I’ve never seen him take them like that,” he said. “Thanks to him for those goals.”

Can Real Madrid create a comeback against Arsenal?

Despite reports that relations in the Madrid dressing room were strained, with Bellingham reportedly clashing with Antonio Rudiger, the midfielder insisted: “That’s football, it’s normal for emotions to be high in training. For every conflict, there are many other positive interactions. As long as the team respects each other and has honest conversations, everything is fine.”

Meanwhile, Arsenal, in high spirits, insisted that they would not only defend their advantage but also continue to attack to win at the Bernabeu. Goalkeeper David Raya said: "It's not a feeling of nervousness, it's a feeling of confidence. We came here to make history and win."

Coach Mikel Arteta stressed the importance of the emotional element in this match. He stated: “We have never won the Champions League and this is a great opportunity to create history. The players need to experience and feel every moment on the pitch, to win and go further.”
