Bach Mai Hospital branch 2 is expected to operate from December.

It is expected that before November 15, Bach Mai Hospital will complete a comprehensive review of equipment, human resources and operating procedures for Bach Mai Hospital 2, submit it to the Ministry of Health for approval, and put it into operation this year.

According to the Ministry of Health , the Bach Mai Hospital 2 project and the Viet Duc Friendship Hospital 2 project (in Ninh Binh) will be completed before November 30.

Regarding medical equipment for professional work, Bach Mai Hospital, Branch 2, has completed the purchase contract for 82 devices. The installation is expected to be completed before December 25, and the contractor has committed to deliver the equipment from November 15.

Bach Mai Hospital is currently prioritizing human resource training for its second facility in Ninh Binh.

Contractors in the joint venture will coordinate to test the load and run partial systems when qualified, before connecting and testing the systems. The expected completion date is November 30.

Regarding human resources when Bach Mai Hospital 2 comes into operation, Director of Bach Mai Hospital Dao Xuan Co said that the most important thing is people. The hospital has publicly recruited more than 800 doctors and nurses, of which 600 people in Hanoi volunteered to work at the new facility. The newly recruited personnel will receive additional training at facility 1 in Hanoi before working at facility 2.

"We guarantee the quality of facility 2 is equivalent to facility 1," Mr. Dao Xuan Co affirmed.

Bach Mai Hospital, branch 2 in Liem Tuyen Ward (Ninh Binh) has been invested in a modern and synchronous manner with a scale of 1,000 beds and full specialties equivalent to the main branch. The hospital is urgently reviewing equipment, human resources and operating procedures, expected to be completed before November 15 to submit to the Ministry of Health for approval.

A representative of Bach Mai Hospital said that the progress of completing the second facility in Ninh Binh is being accelerated to be put into operation in 2025, to reduce the load on the central line and improve the quality of medical examination and treatment for people in the Northern Delta region.

Viet Duc Friendship Hospital, Branch 2, has completed the negotiation of the purchase contract for 83 devices and will complete the contract signing before October 30. The installation is expected to be completed before December 25.

Regarding human resources, a representative of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital said that they have implemented a plan to train, recruit, and rotate high-quality staff from facility 1, ensuring professional requirements when facility 2 comes into operation.
