The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee decided to transfer Mr. Le Anh Tu - Secretary of the Con Dao Special Zone Party Committee, to take up a position at the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to appoint him as Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Agriculture and Environment.
At the same time, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee assigned and appointed Mr. Le Hoang Hai - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Con Dao Special Zone Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Mr. Le Hoang Hai, born in 1974, from Dat Do district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province (formerly). He has a Master's degree in Trade and Business Management, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and a high level of political theory.
Before taking on the new position, Mr. Le Hoang Hai had held many important positions: Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Party Committee; Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province; Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Phu My town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
