On the afternoon of November 13th, Comrade Nguyen Doan Anh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, worked with the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee on the situation of implementing the tasks of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the results of implementing the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025, in the fields of socio -economic development, national defense and security, and key tasks in the coming period.

The report on the implementation of the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025, in the fields of socio-economic development, national defense and security, and key tasks for the coming period, presented by the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Van Thi, at the working session, clearly stated: From the beginning of the 2020-2025 term to the present, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee has proactively reviewed, advised on the development and proposed to the Provincial Party Standing Committee to consider amending and supplementing the Working Regulations of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, ensuring compliance with the principles and regulations of the Party Charter and the regulations and guidelines of the Politburo , the Secretariat, the Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee, the regulations of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and in line with actual operations.
The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee complies with the direct and comprehensive leadership and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee, specifically the Standing Committee and the Permanent Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, regarding assigned tasks according to the Party Charter, Central regulations on the working relationship between the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee, regulations on the tasks and working relationship of the Permanent Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee; leads the Provincial People's Committee in preparing the contents and issues to be submitted to the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Permanent Committee of the Provincial Party Committee according to the Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee, and the assignment and delegation of authority by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; advises, proposes, and promptly concretizes the policies, resolutions, and directives of the Provincial Party Committee in various fields, so that the Provincial People's Committee can concretize them into programs and plans for implementation.

Over nearly four years of implementation, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee has led the Provincial People's Committee in directing relevant departments, localities, and units to advise on and organize the implementation of 598 out of 598 resolutions related to socio-economic issues, national defense, and security assigned by the Provincial People's Council.
Of the 25 key socio-economic and defense-security targets for the 2021-2025 period, it is estimated that 8 targets will exceed the plan, 13 targets will be met, and 4 targets will require significant effort to achieve.
Some of the outstanding results include: The average growth rate of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) for the period 2021-2025 is estimated at 10.13%; the GRDP size in 2025 is estimated at VND 362,300 billion, 1.9 times higher than in 2020; and the GRDP per capita in 2025 is estimated at USD 3,800/person, 1.72 times higher than in 2020. These are important results that will enable Thanh Hoa to soon become a new growth pole – along with Hanoi , Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh, forming a development quadrilateral in the North of the country.

At the meeting, members of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of provincial-level departments spoke to further clarify the situation and results of implementing targets and tasks in each field; raised difficulties and obstacles, and issues arising during the implementation of tasks; and proposed solutions to effectively implement tasks for socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and successfully implementing the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.

Speaking at the meeting, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Do Minh Tuan, affirmed: The achievements made in the context of many difficulties and challenges demonstrate the great efforts of the entire Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front, mass organizations, business community, and all strata of people in the province.
Besides the achievements, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also pointed out the limitations and weaknesses that still exist in various fields, such as confusion in digital transformation, delays in issuing land use right certificates, concerns about environmental pollution, and the low provincial competitiveness index...
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee analyzed the causes, clearly identifying the responsibilities of each member of the Provincial People's Committee, each department, and relevant unit; at the same time, affirming the determination of the Provincial People's Committee in overcoming difficulties and obstacles to create momentum for the province's development.

Concluding the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee's performance, and the results of implementing the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025, with many bright spots in the fields of socio-economic development, national defense and security, and many indicators ranking among the top in the country.
The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: The primary reason for achieving these results is the unity, cohesion, and the spirit of effort and striving of the Party Committee, government, and people of the province, in which the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial People's Committee played a very important role; demonstrating courage, a spirit of not being afraid of difficulties, daring to think, daring to act, daring to take responsibility, daring to confront difficulties and challenges, and effectively resolving difficult and complex issues for the development of the province.

They should concentrate on effectively implementing key tasks in all fields, promoting socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and improving the people's lives. Alongside this, it is necessary to strengthen the management of public assets, combat corruption, negative practices, and waste, and tighten administrative discipline and order. They should also accelerate digital transformation in conjunction with administrative procedure reform, aiming for the satisfaction of citizens and businesses, and creating a favorable environment for socio-economic development.
Continue to streamline staffing and reorganize the apparatus for greater efficiency. Focus on developing human resources and building a team of cadres with high political qualities, qualifications, capabilities, and professionalism to meet the demands of the new situation.
The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee directed the Provincial People's Committee to lead departments and agencies in building a system of indicators that closely matches the actual conditions of the locality; focusing on resolving difficulties and obstacles, especially in the areas of land, environment, issues raised by voters and concerns of the people, in order to both develop the economy and maintain political stability in the locality.
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh expressed his hope that the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee would continue to unite and closely coordinate with central and neighboring provincial departments, agencies, and organizations to effectively carry out assigned tasks, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of Thanh Hoa province, and becoming a growth pole in the northern economic quadrilateral of the country.
