On August 20-21, Dinh Phong Commune Party Committee held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation attended and directed the Congress.

The Dinh Phong Commune Party Committee has 42 branches and affiliated Party Committees with 893 Party members. In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Commune Party Committee promoted the spirit of solidarity, made efforts to overcome difficulties, and successfully implemented the Resolution of the Party Congress: Total grain output reached 109.9% compared to the beginning of the term; agricultural production value reached 102.6%; moving livestock out of the house floor reached 100%; forest coverage rate reached 48.8%; 100% of roads to the hamlet center were hardened and asphalted; support for eliminating temporary houses and dilapidated houses reached 100%; the poverty rate was 18.11% (down 17.32% compared to the beginning of the term). During the term, 181 Party members were admitted, reaching 116.7%...

In the 2025 - 2030 term, strive for the value of agricultural and aquaculture products per unit area to reach 65 million VND/ha; increase local budget revenue by 10%; reduce the rate of multidimensional poor households by an average of over 3%/year; the People's Happiness Index (CB-HPI) reaches 90 points or more; achieve 1 new rural criterion or more each year; over 95% of grassroots party organizations complete their tasks well or better; admit over 25 new party members/year...

Speaking at the Congress, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Quan Minh Cuong suggested: The Party Committee of the commune continues to unite, unify, innovate leadership methods, direct decisively, promptly, effectively, with focus, closely following the policies and orientations of the province and the actual situation of the locality. Focus on developing agriculture, forestry, border gate economy, and endemic products; expand the area of key crops with high economic value. Develop tourism and service models associated with preserving, conserving, and promoting the traditional cultural values of ethnic groups. Mobilize and effectively use investment resources for development; implement social security well; strengthen national defense and security, firmly protect territorial sovereignty and national borders.

The entire Party Committee strengthens the work of Party building and rectification, improves the Party's capacity and fighting strength; seizes opportunities, overcomes challenges, exploits and promotes potentials and strengths, creating an important foundation for the commune to develop strongly in the coming time.
