Mr. Vu Thanh Hai - Director of BIDV Ben Tre Branch and Mr. Truong Minh Tan - Director of BIDV Dong Khoi Branch signed the data handover.

Accordingly, all assets, personnel, customers, rights and obligations of BIDV Dong Khoi Branch will be transferred to BIDV Ben Tre Branch. At the same time, 3 transaction offices under BIDV Dong Khoi (Mo Cay, Ba Tri, Thanh Phu) will continue to operate under the management of BIDV Ben Tre.

To meet the management and administration needs at BIDV Ben Tre Branch after the merger, BIDV continues to assign and arrange Mr. Vu Thanh Hai - Director of BIDV Ben Tre Branch to take on the position of Director of BIDV Ben Tre Branch after the merger. At the same time, transfer and arrange Mr. Truong Minh Tan - Director of BIDV Dong Khoi Branch to take on another position in the BIDV system from October 1, 2025. Mr. Lam Thanh Loi - Deputy Director of BIDV Dong Khoi Branch was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of BIDV Ben Tre Branch.

Mr. Vu Thanh Hai emphasized that the merger will create the largest branch in the Mekong Delta region, capable of fully meeting the capital and banking service needs of businesses and individuals, while supporting local socio-economic development.

BIDV Ben Tre, present since 1976, is the oldest branch in the province, accompanying many business connection programs, implementing preferential credit packages, sponsoring social security activities and being recognized for many consecutive years as "Outstanding Enterprise".
