Commending 100 outstanding Front cadres.

Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Bui Tien Luc, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hoa Binh province; along with representatives of many delegates, provincial leaders, and the participation of 100 Fatherland Front officials who were honored.

The conference honored 100 cadres who are exemplary individuals and have made significant efforts in Front work.

The 100 Front Committee officials at all levels who were commended (during the period 2019-2024) are considered beautiful, vibrant flowers in the garden of National Unity. Despite their different ages, qualifications, and contributions, they are all dedicated, responsible, committed, creative, and persistent Front Committee officials who work tirelessly to unite the community. They are crucial elements contributing to building, consolidating, and promoting the strength of national unity in the new era. They are the most exemplary Front Committee officials, along with thousands of other Front Committee officials at all levels in Hoa Binh province, who are imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's views and ideology, always striving with responsibility, innovation, creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication in their work; overcoming difficulties and challenges to successfully fulfill the tasks assigned by the Party and the people.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Phi Long acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Front cadres who have always been at the forefront, understanding the people, being close to the people, and acting for the development and national unity entrusted to them by the Party and the State.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Phi Long acknowledged and congratulated the commended officials, expressing his hope that these officials would work even harder with the system of social and political organizations, and with the system of Front officials at all levels, to do even better in the process of building and developing the country.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Phi Long remarked that the efforts and determination of the Front's cadres have made a significant contribution to achieving the goals and targets of economic , social, national defense, and security development of the locality and the country.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Hoang Cong Linh, Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Son commune, Luong Son district, stated that Hoa Son commune has 1,825 households with 7,375 inhabitants. To effectively implement the new rural development program, in his capacity as Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, Mr. Linh, along with the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee, has directed the Fatherland Front working committees in residential areas to concretize the five contents of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" with specific criteria according to the plan of the Fatherland Front Committee of the commune.

To date, 10 out of 10 villages have launched and responded to the campaign; 3 villages have achieved model residential area status, and 6 villages have model gardens. Hoa Son commune has one herbal medicine cooperative, Cao Day Thuong, certified by the Provincial People's Committee as a 4-star OCOP product, and its tea bags, Thia Day Thuong, have achieved a 3-star rating. The movement to jointly build new rural areas and civilized urban areas has been effectively implemented, thereby promoting the positive attitude and consensus among the people. Most village roads and alleys in the residential area have been concreted, and rural infrastructure basically meets the needs of convenient transportation for the people. Every year, the residential area achieves the status of a cultural residential area.

Mr. Linh shared that from 2019 to 2024, the Fatherland Front of the commune, together with its member organizations, mobilized the people to donate over 1,820 m² of land to expand roads and internal agricultural land. The total number of working days contributed by the people to the new rural development program was 15,963. They also mobilized the people to contribute 4,364 million VND to the construction of public works, planting flowers and ornamental trees along the roadsides, and installing street lighting.

According to Mr. Linh, in the coming time, the Fatherland Front of Hoa Son commune will effectively implement the "Day for the Poor" campaign and social welfare programs, mobilizing organizations, units, agencies, businesses, individuals, and philanthropists to support and help poor households, proactively guiding, assisting, and creating conditions for people to access various loan sources from programs and projects, creating a bridge linking farmers with businesses, effectively carrying out the stages of production, processing, and consumption of agricultural products, and creating regular jobs for thousands of workers.
