The Working Group inspected the Provincial Public Administration Service Center; the Public Administration Service Center of Cam Thanh Ward and Truong Quang Trong Ward. The delegation inspected the public disclosure of administrative procedures according to decentralization to the commune level and the dissemination to the people; the issuance of internal procedures, electronic procedures, information forms for handling administrative procedures; the results of the implementation of the consolidation of the information system for handling administrative procedures, providing public services according to the 2-level local government model; the arrangement, assignment of work, granting of system accounts and training for commune-level civil servants to receive and handle administrative procedures; the assurance of information security and safety of information systems and terminal devices.
After 3 days of operating the 2-level local government in Quang Ngai province, agencies, units and localities have synchronously deployed technology infrastructure and applied many solutions to ensure a smooth connection system from the grassroots to the province. Thanks to that, administrative procedures are resolved quickly and accurately, ensuring the requirements of serving people and businesses more effectively.
