In the rice fields, more than 20 officers and soldiers, along with youth union members, directly participated in pulling up seedlings, transporting them, and transplanting rice alongside the local people. With a spirit of initiative and volunteerism, these forces contributed to accelerating the production process, helping people plant their crops on time according to the seasonal schedule.

Lieutenant Colonel Pham Quang Thao, Deputy Political Officer of Trinh Tuong Border Guard Station, said that this summer, the unit has implemented many practical activities such as assisting with rice planting, providing free haircuts, and participating in house repairs for local households. This contributes to building new rural areas and strengthens the close relationship between the military and the people in the border region.
This activity demonstrates the sense of responsibility and commitment of the Border Guard force and local youth in supporting the people, especially in mountainous areas that still face many difficulties.
