On May 31st, the Food Safety Department ( Ministry of Health ) announced that it had issued a notice requesting a temporary suspension of the circulation of non-dairy creamer powder (Almercrème R941 Non Dairy Creamer) (Batch no: 0009529937, MFG: 8/4/2025, EXP 8/4/2027), quantity 26 bags (25 kg/bag), starting from May 28th, 2025.
This product is a self-declared product of Thai Son Bac Trading and Service Co., Ltd., located at Bau village, Kim Chung commune, Dong Anh district, Hanoi .
Manufacturer name: Kerry Ingredients (M) Sdn Bhd, address: PLO 766 & 767(PTD 228767); Jalan Keluli 7, Kawasan Perindustrian Pasir Gudang, 81700 Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia.
The business establishment whose products were inspected is Vinmate Trading & Services Co., Ltd., located at Dong Trung area, Dai Phuc ward, Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh province.
Regarding the reason for suspending circulation, the Food Safety Department stated that the non-dairy creamer powder ingredient violated the mandatory information on the product label (ingredients).
The Food Safety Department requires Vinmate Trading & Services Co., Ltd. to contact Thai Son Bac Trading & Services Co., Ltd. to implement corrective measures within 10 days.
The aforementioned goods are only permitted to continue circulating if satisfactory corrective actions have been taken and the inspection authority issues a notice allowing the goods to continue circulating in the market.
Non-dairy creamer is a flavoring ingredient commonly used to replace milk or cream in coffee, milk tea, confectionery, and processed foods.
