On May 31, the Department of Food Safety ( Ministry of Health ) announced that it had just issued a notice requesting the temporary suspension of circulation of non-dairy creamer powder (Almercrème R941 Non Dairy Creamer) (Batch no: 0009529937, MFG: April 8, 2025, EXP April 8, 2027), quantity of 26 bags (25 kg/bag) from May 28, 2025.
Self-declared product of Thai Son Bac Trading and Service Company Limited, address: Bau village, Kim Chung commune, Dong Anh district, Hanoi .
Manufacturer name: Kerry Ingredients (M) Sdn Bhd, address: PLO 766 & 767(PTD 228767); Jalan Keluli 7, Kawasan Perindustrian Pasir Gudang, 81700 Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia.
The business establishment selling the inspected product is Vinmate Trading & Service Co., Ltd., address: Dong Trung area, Dai Phuc ward, Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh province.
Regarding the reason for the temporary suspension of circulation, the Food Safety Department said that the non-dairy creamer powder food ingredient violated the mandatory content on the product label (ingredients).
The Food Safety Department requires Vinmate Trading and Service Co., Ltd. to be responsible for contacting Thai Son Bac Trading and Service Co., Ltd. to take handling and remedial measures within 10 days.
The above goods are only allowed to continue circulating if satisfactory corrective actions have been taken and the inspection agency has issued a notice allowing the goods to continue circulating on the market.
Non-Dairy Creamer is a fatty flavoring ingredient, often used to replace milk or cream in coffee, milk tea, confectionery, and processed foods.
