He further explained: "Bamboo grove, by definition, includes all the familiar trees and scenery in the corner of your garden!"
Bamboo grove ecosystem
Creating tourism from the story of the bamboo grove in the corner of the garden - an idea that, even at first glance, evokes so much poetic beauty.
This is how the story of Triem Tay Community Tourism Village (Dien Phuong, Dien Ban) began.
The tranquil beauty of Triem Tay village, with its lush green bamboo groves and charming riverine ecosystem, captivated Bui Kien Quoc, a true son of Vietnam. His long time living and working in France had taught this architect how precious nature truly is.
For the past 15 years, TriemTay Garden has persistently pursued the concept of a "bamboo grove ecosystem." Despite the difficulties of natural disasters, epidemics, and especially storms and floods caused by the erosion of the riverside land due to its geographical location, TriemTay Garden has suffered considerable damage.
From a local perspective, we initiated and developed the Triem Tay Community-Based Tourism Village project – starting with Mr. TriemTay Garden Tourist Area as its focal point. The curiosity and delight of tourists in this village shaded by lush green bamboo is spreading day by day.
People are becoming familiar with service activities and appreciating the rustic values from the corners of their home gardens.
Here, visitors can feel the rustling of branches and leaves, breathe in the rich aroma of the earth, water, and flowers. They will also unexpectedly encounter leaves, flowers, fruits, birdsong, and butterflies that are associated with their childhood but are gradually disappearing from the roads.
Cultural sediments in the alluvial plains.
The story of the bamboo grove and the simple garden corner has a magical power to spread. Dien Ban continues to develop the Cam Phu community tourism village (Dien Phong, Dien Ban), in harmony with the rural atmosphere from Triem Tay.

When visiting these places, tourists should probably not expect a professional model or overly specialized management and guidance.
Immerse yourself in the simple voices and laughter of the farmers, and enjoy rustic dishes made from vegetables and fruits from their own gardens.
Or, more subtly, listen to the story of the land and people of Go Noi, and you will love and cherish even more each grain of rice and each potato, each peaceful and tranquil moment that exists.
About five years ago, the sunflower fields on the Ben Duong alluvial plain in the Go Noi area attracted countless tourists.
Seeing the endless expanse of green fields with their own eyes, immersing their hands and feet in the warm, moist soil, many people, including those who live in this land, truly appreciate the beauty of their homeland.
The riverside plains along the Thu Bon River have existed for hundreds of years, reflecting the course of history. Dozens of generations of farmers from Dien Ban, Quang Nam , have cultivated and settled this land. Customs, traditions, and festivals are layers of sediment that have been accumulated and deeply embedded in every fiber of the soil.
The historical and cultural flow of the Thu Bon River, the alluvial plains of Go Noi, the Vinh Dien canal, or the melancholy stretches along the eroded and deposited sections of the Co Co River... these are the resources that Dien Ban tourism possesses.
Many sons and daughters have also returned, relying on their hometowns to develop tourism. There's the Âu Lạc tourist area telling stories of wood carvings, or the Chợ Củi riverside with the fiery colors of Lê Đức Hạ's terracotta, the Phước Kiều gongs, savoring the rich flavors of Phú Chiêm noodles, and Cầu Mống roasted veal…
Epilogue
With abundant resources and warm hospitality, Dien Ban tourism has remained a quiet spot amidst the vibrant Da Nang - Hoi An - My Son tourist area for many years.
Developing tourism in agricultural and rural areas still lacks a clear path forward. Many projects have been halted. Community-based tourism villages are closing their doors...
The bamboo grove, the garden corner, the countryside... all remain awake, waiting!
