In social welfare work, the programs "Helping Children Go to School" and "Children Adopted by Border Guard Posts" have yielded practical results, creating motivation for disadvantaged students to strive harder, overcome difficulties, and confidently continue their education. Improving the quality of training and combat readiness is one of the practical measures to implement the campaign. Party committees and commanders at all levels have thoroughly understood and implemented the development of annual training plans in a rigorous, unified manner, targeting the right subjects, and covering all required content and timeframes. Training is organized in a structured and scientific way, focusing on comprehensive, in-depth training that is relevant to the actual mission. As a result, the technical and tactical skills of officers and soldiers have significantly improved.
To deepen the campaign, Party committees and commanders at all levels determined the policies and measures, concretizing the content and targets of the campaign in line with the functions and tasks of each agency and unit, and the responsibilities of each individual; linking the campaign with the implementation of political tasks and emulation movements, focusing on weaknesses, new tasks, and difficult tasks. Propaganda and education work was carried out through various rich forms and methods such as: thematic discussions; political and ideological activities; political and cultural days; competitions for excellent speakers and propagandists. At the same time, agencies and units did a good job of visual propaganda through bulletin boards, billboards, posters, and cultural facilities within the unit; The campaign promoted and disseminated exemplary collectives and individuals in its implementation... Through this, each officer and soldier in the provincial armed forces has gained a deeper understanding of the purpose and significance of the campaign, recognizing it as a regular activity for each collective and individual.
The content of the campaign was concretized by Party committees and commanders of agencies and units through specific contents and targets for building a regular and disciplined force, helping officers and soldiers clearly understand that building a regular force, complying with laws and regulations, and ensuring safety are essential requirements. From there, they consciously cultivate and train themselves, enhancing organizational skills, discipline, and a regular demeanor in their daily lives and work. Along with this, agencies and units proactively developed plans and actively coordinated to effectively carry out mass mobilization work through various forms such as: combined field exercises with mass mobilization work; implementing mass mobilization work according to signed plans and programs; participating in building new rural areas; carrying out activities of gratitude and social welfare; Participating in disaster prevention, control, and mitigation... During the period 2018-2025, the provincial armed forces directly and collaboratively supported the construction and repair of 67 houses for policy beneficiary families, poor households, and military personnel in difficult circumstances. Units have completed hundreds of projects and tasks contributing to the construction of new rural areas, such as: model military-civilian roads; repairing classrooms, kindergartens, and cultural centers... contributing to building strong solidarity and close ties between the military and the people, and a solid "people's support" foundation.
Through concrete and practical actions, the implementation of the campaign within the provincial armed forces has created a profound impact, improving the effectiveness of all aspects of work and contributing to building strong, comprehensive, "exemplary and outstanding" agencies and units.
