Banking Academy announced the expected tuition fee for the 2025-2026 school year for the standard program at 26.5 - 28 million VND and the high-quality, internationally-linked program at 40-50 million VND/year (last year the tuition fee was 25 - 26.5 and 37 - 60 million VND, respectively).
For joint programs with universities in the UK and the US, tuition fees for the academic years in Vietnam range from 50 to 230 million VND/year. In the case of students studying their final year in the UK or the US, tuition fees will be based on the tuition fees of the partner school. Candidates with an English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 - 6.5 (depending on the requirements of each program) will enter the second year directly and tuition fees will be reduced by 50 million VND.
The University of Commerce plans to charge tuition fees of 24-27.9 million VND/year for standard training programs; 38.5 million VND/year for international professional orientation training programs (IPOP).
Meanwhile, tuition fees for international dual degree programs and advanced training programs range from 195 to 260 million VND per course. The school said that the annual tuition fee increase will not exceed 12.5% compared to the previous year.

The Academy of Finance has not announced this year's tuition fees. However, the school informed that the increase will not exceed 10% compared to the previous school year. Last year, the school's standard tuition fee was 25 million VND/school year. The tuition fee for the international certificate-oriented program was 50 million VND/school year. For students enrolled by order, the tuition fee is 43 million VND/school year.
For joint training programs, tuition fees range from 57 - 70 million VND/year if studying domestically; 490 million VND/year if studying abroad.
The University of Economics (Vietnam National University , Hanoi ) announced the specific tuition fee for domestic full-time university students for the 2025-2026 school year at 46 million VND/year (an increase of 2 million VND compared to last year), with a further increase of 2 million VND each year in the following years. For joint training programs with foreign countries, the tuition fee is about 362 - 370 million VND/course.
Compared to last year, tuition fees for training programs at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics increased by more than 200,000 VND/credit.
Accordingly, the tuition fee for advanced international programs (internationally accredited) is 1.3 million VND/credit for Vietnamese; 1.4 for English; and 1.2 for practice. The tuition fee for the integrated international vocational certificate program (ACCA and ICAEW) is 1.3 million VND/credit for Vietnamese; 1.9 million VND/credit for English.
Advanced programs (group III, VII) Vietnamese is 1.1 million VND/credit, English x 1.4; practice x 1.2. Advanced programs (group V) Vietnamese is 1.2 million VND/credit; English x 1.4; practice x 1.2; Bachelor of Vietnamese talent is 1.1 million VND/credit; English is 1.9 million VND/credit.
Asean Coop Vietnamese program is 1.1 million VND/credit; English is 1.9 million VND/credit; Mode Coop is 3.29 million VND/credit. Tuition fee increase roadmap each year is not more than 10%/year.
Training programs at Vinh Long campus have tuition fees 40% lower than those at the Ho Chi Minh City campus, with an increase of no more than 5% per year.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade has adjusted the tuition fee for the 2024-2028 course to increase by a maximum of 10%. Specifically, the maximum tuition fee for the 2025-2029 course is expected to be around 132 million VND for the entire course (faculties may have less, due to the small number of practice credits), an increase of around 12 million VND compared to the previous course.
Ho Chi Minh City Open University also adjusted tuition fees in 2025, with an increase of 1.5 - 2 million VND/year depending on the major.
- Technology and engineering group: Biotechnology, food technology, computer science, artificial intelligence, tuition fee 28.5 million VND/year (increase 1.5 million VND).
- Economics, management, language group: Business administration, finance - banking, logistics, law, English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean languages, tuition fee 27.5 million VND/year (increase 1.5 million VND).
- Social Science Group: Economics, Social Work, Southeast Asian Studies, Psychology, tuition fee 24 million VND/year (increase 2 million VND). High-quality programs mostly charge tuition fee 46.5 million VND.
- Majors in Computer Science, Construction Engineering Technology, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, tuition fees up to 49.5 million VND.
