VTC Digital Television Station (hereinafter referred to as VTC Station), an administrative unit of the Voice of Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as Voice of Vietnam), respectfully announces:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 6th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient" and following the direction of the competent authority, VTC has officially ceased all activities from January 15, 2025.
VTV is the governing body, responsible for handling issues related to assets, finance, debts, personnel and implementing policies and regimes for VTC's employees.
VTC and relevant authorities are urgently carrying out the inventory, sealing all assets and reviewing and classifying debts according to the provisions of law. Issues related to assets, finance, debts and personnel of VTC when its operations end are being resolved according to the overall project that has been developed and submitted to competent authorities for consideration and approval.
To ensure the legitimate rights of related parties and comply with legal regulations, we request that agencies, organizations, partners, creditors and individuals related to debts (receivables, payables) or other financial and property issues with VTC Station before the termination of operations, please contact and work with VTC Station within a maximum of 07 days (from the date of issuance of this notice).

The time limit for resolving arising issues will comply with current regulations of law on debt management, public assets and dissolution of public service units.
