1. Ingredients for beef in black pepper sauce

Beef tenderloin: 300g
Flour: 2 tablespoons
Onion: 1 bulb
Green bell pepper: 1
Red bell pepper: 1
Ginger: 1 root
Garlic: 1 clove
Black pepper: 70g
Cooking oil: 4 tablespoons
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce: 2 tablespoons
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Common seasonings: a little (salt/sugar)

2. How to make beef with black pepper sauce

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

Soak the beef in diluted salt water for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cold water and let it drain. You can use paper towels or a clean cloth to dry any remaining water on the beef.

Slice the beef into thin pieces across the grain to prevent it from being tough when eaten.

Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half, remove the seeds, and then cut them into small pieces. Peel the onion, wash it, and cut it into small wedges lengthwise. Peel the ginger and slice it thinly. Peel the garlic, crush it, and then mince it.

Step 2 : Marinate the meat

Season the meat with 2 tablespoons of flour and mix well. You can add 1 tablespoon of olive oil for a nicer color and more tender meat.

After marinating the meat for about 5-7 minutes, add half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of pepper, mix well, and let it sit for another 5-10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
