Turmeric tea

Turmeric tea, also known as "golden milk," is made by mixing turmeric powder with warm milk and adding a pinch of black pepper to enhance curcumin absorption. This drink is usually most effective when consumed before bed.

Ingredient

- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

- 1 glass of water

- 1 tablespoon of honey (or to taste)

- A pinch of black pepper (optional)

- A slice of lemon

Making

- Boil the water.

- Reduce the heat and add turmeric powder.

- Simmer the mixture over low heat for 5-10 minutes, or until the turmeric color infuses into the water.

- Strain the tea into the cup.

- Add honey, black pepper, and lemon slices to taste.

- Drink it hot.

Turmeric Smoothie

Drinking turmeric smoothie every morning can effectively support weight loss. To enhance the flavor, you can mix turmeric powder with fruits and vegetables such as bananas, mangoes, and spinach. This drink provides a nutritious breakfast while also aiding in weight loss.

Ingredient

- 1/2 cup almond milk

- 1 banana

- 1 tablespoon of honey

- A pinch of black pepper

- A handful of spinach or kale

Making

- Put all the ingredients into a blender.

- Mix until smooth and creamy, pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
