Installing VNeID offers many benefits when registering for school enrollment.

The installation of the level 2 electronic identification application has brought many conveniences to schools and people in registering kindergarten children for the 2023-2024 school year at schools in Thach Ha ( Ha Tinh ).

Ms. Tran Thi Hue from Tan Lam Huong commune (wearing a striped shirt), along with many other parents, felt delighted by the convenience that the VNeID application brought during the school registration process for their children.

Ms. Tran Thi Hue (Tien Bo village, Tan Lam Huong commune, Thach Ha district), like many other parents, expressed her joy and excitement at the convenience that the national electronic identification application (VNeID) has brought to completing the enrollment registration process for her child at Tan Lam Huong Kindergarten 1. Besides the application form and a copy of her child's birth certificate, which are mandatory documents, this year, Ms. Hue no longer needs to bring her household registration book and its copy as before.

"All personal and residential information is integrated into the VNeID application available on my phone. This has helped me save both time and money when registering my child for school," Ms. Hue happily shared.

Teachers at Thach Khe Kindergarten guide parents and students in checking and verifying their residential information on the VNeID application.

At Thach Khe Kindergarten, 60 three-year-old children have been registered for enrollment. Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, a teacher at Thach Khe Kindergarten, shared, “During the enrollment process, parents have installed and used the VNeID Level 2 software on their smartphones, making it much easier to verify information. Storing records is also very convenient, reducing the time spent filling out various forms and documents…”

During the process of registering children for preschool, teachers provided specific guidance to help people better understand the convenience of conducting administrative transactions on the VNeID application. This was also an opportunity to review, supplement, and update missing information, especially residential information in local areas. In fact, there were a few cases where residential information was not fully updated, and people contacted the local police to update and supplement their electronic records on the VNeID application to ensure safety and accuracy.

Registering your child for school is also an opportunity to supplement and complete any missing information in the level 2 electronic identity verification application for citizens.

Ms. Le Thi Thai Ha, a specialist in charge of preschool education at the Thach Ha District Department of Education and Training, informed: “From August 2nd to the present, 11 out of 28 preschools in the district have organized enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year. According to the plan, the enrollment will be completed before August 10th. Besides the application form and a notarized copy of the child's birth certificate, and other priority documents if any, this school year's enrollment process is more convenient. The verification and authentication of documents, especially residency information, is very clear because most parents have installed and integrated relevant information into the VNeID application at level 2.”

On August 4th, Thach Hoi Kindergarten received over 80 enrollment applications for children in the nursery age group.

Major Nguyen Tien Binh - Team Leader of the Administrative Police Team for Social Order, Thach Ha District Police, said, "To date, the district police have received over 99,868 applications for electronic identification accounts, of which 94,762 electronic identification accounts have been activated for citizens, achieving 103% of the target set for July 2023, ranking second in the province in the rate of electronic identification activation."

In the coming period, the Thach Ha District Police will continue to focus on propaganda work, promote the collection and activation of electronic identification for citizens, and effectively implement key tasks in the Government 's Project 06/CP on the development of population data applications, electronic identification and authentication, serving the national digital transformation in the period 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030...
