The 4 operation packages are completing technical design documents for submission to the Department of Construction for appraisal. As of June 2025, 7,848 billion VND has been disbursed. According to the plan, by December 31, 2025, 14.7 km of overpasses in Ho Chi Minh City and 32.6 km of expressways through Hoc Mon, Cu Chi and Binh Chanh communes will be technically opened to traffic.
