Summer – the season of childhood, when parents take their children on trips to escape the stresses of school. Some families choose to return to their hometowns to visit grandparents, explore orchards, ponds, and streams, while many others opt for the beach to immerse themselves in warm, salty water, draw dreamy castles in the sand, and most importantly, play in the waves. Lam Dong, a newly established province formed from three provinces – Lam Dong, Dak Nong, and Binh Thuan – boasts a wealth of famous tourist destinations, from waterfalls, lakes, rivers, and mountains to coastlines. With over 192 km of coastline stretching from Lien Huong commune to Son My, its white sandy beaches shimmer under the golden sun, creating a beautiful picture of nature.

Mr. Le Ngoc, residing in Saigon Ward (formerly District 1), recently took his extended family of over 30 people on a beach vacation. He shared: "My family includes my daughter and two nephews from my sister's side who just finished their high school graduation exams. We don't know their scores yet, but seeing how stressed they are, we decided to go to Mui Ne to relax and unwind. From Ho Chi Minh City, it only took my family about two hours by highway, via National Highway 55, to reach Cam Binh beach (Phuoc Hoi Ward). This beach is described by many as a muse because of its soft sand and the shoreline nestled beside rows of lush green casuarina trees, creating a picturesque landscape. So we decided to make it the starting point for our beach trip."

About 30 km from Cam Binh beach is Ke Ga beach (Tan Thanh commune), home to a more than 100-year-old lighthouse, a historical relic witnessing the transformation of the coastal people from poverty to prosperity. From Ke Ga, heading south to Tien Thanh, Doi Duong - Thuong Chanh, and Mui Ne, you'll find a fairly complete range of beach tourism activities. Tien Thanh is a newly emerging tourist destination with a complex of entertainment, shopping, and beach resorts. Doi Duong beach holds a special place in the hearts of many generations; recently, Thuong Chanh Park was built nearby, creating a continuous space where visitors can enjoy swimming, watching the sunrise, and admiring the Ca Ty river junction with hundreds of colorful boats sailing out to sea to catch seafood. Mui Ne National Tourist Area boasts not only a tranquil strait with numerous water sports activities such as jet skiing, surfing, kayaking, and kiteboarding, but also many beaches that are breathtakingly beautiful, like paintings of nature. There are also the Red Sand Dunes and the dreamy, unique Hon Rom, captivating millions of visitors. Anyone who has been to Mui Ne and hasn't experienced sandboarding hasn't truly felt the "essence" of Mui Ne's beauty... At Lien Huong beach, beside the gentle waves, the seven-colored rocks lift visitors' feet into a dreamlike realm, like stepping into a fairyland... Besides the beaches favored by many tourists, Lam Dong province also has many other beautiful beaches such as Da Ong Dia beach, Ganh Son, and Hong Thai... Amidst the vast sea and sky, with the waves murmuring, swimming in the sea allows you to feel the salty taste on your skin. Sometimes, the waves wash over your face, the seawater seeps into your mouth—just a little bit, but the taste of the sea leaves a lasting impression...
