In the first three months of 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment issued 18 certificates of food safety compliance for food production and business to 18 establishments. Simultaneously, the department established three inspection teams and conducted 321 inspections of business conditions, production, and food safety and hygiene throughout the province. Through these inspections, the authorities discovered 136 violations and recommended fines totaling 672 million VND.

In addition, the Department of Agriculture and Environment organized a signing ceremony requiring four food businesses to complete the necessary procedures to obtain food safety certificates. The Department of Agriculture and Environment also conducted the first phase of food safety monitoring in the production and trading of agricultural and aquatic products in the province, examining 60 samples of agricultural products.
