VietGAP (short for Vietnamese Good Agricultural Practices) is a standard or regulation on good agricultural practices in Vietnam issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for each product group, each product in the fields of aquaculture, livestock...

The issuance of VietGAP certification has helped ensure better food safety by limiting the use of pesticides and toxic preservatives on crops and other agricultural products. At the same time, it contributes to protecting the environment in the province, increasing consumer confidence, and moving the agricultural sector towards sustainable development. In particular, through the issuance of VietGAP certification, it also creates favorable conditions for management agencies to perform their tasks better.
