Regarding the planning of Lan Ha Bay, the island district is promoting the relocation of fishing ports and aquaculture cages to dedicate the entire landscape to tourism development. At the same time, this is also one of the conditions for UNESCO to recognize the Cat Ba archipelago as a World Natural Heritage site, along with Ha Long Bay.
