As a Party Committee member and Head of the Women's Association in Truong Thuan hamlet (Truong Long commune), Ms. Nguyen Thanh Thuy has always been exemplary and dedicated to her work, making many positive contributions to the Association's activities and the local women's movement. She has played an important role in bringing the Party and State's guidelines, policies, and directives to members and women. For the past 7 years, Ms. Thuy has consistently achieved the title of "Outstanding Party Member".

In her work, Ms. Thuy actively disseminated the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws so that members and women could grasp them promptly and implement them effectively, while also actively participating in emulation movements. Ms. Thuy regularly stayed close to and shared with women, actively encouraging them to participate in the Association's activities, not to listen to the words of evil people, not to be exploited or lured into doing wrong things or violating the law; she encouraged women to join hands in building new rural areas, raising awareness of environmental protection; and encouraged young people to enlist in the army... She participated in mediation work and successfully resolved many conflicts among the people, contributing to strengthening the close bonds of neighborly affection.

Specifically, the branch has established many clubs to attract members, such as: building a family with 5 "no's" and 3 "clean"s; members using reusable shopping bags to reduce the use of plastic bags; happy families; women and the law, etc. Every year, she collaborates with the commune's health station to implement communication campaigns to promote childbirth and improve population quality; providing guidance on knowledge and methods of raising children, etc. Leveraging her role as the head of the Social Policy Bank loan group, she reviews and coordinates with village and commune officials to complete loan applications, ensuring members can access loans to develop their family businesses . To date, she has coordinated and supported members in borrowing over 2 billion VND to develop their family businesses and support their children's education. Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Huyen, a member of the Women's Association in the hamlet, said: "Thanks to preferential loans, my family has improved the land and planted high-value fruit trees... My family's life has gradually stabilized and difficulties have lessened." Currently, the Truong Thuan Hamlet Women's Association no longer has any poor members, only one member who is near-poor.

Not only is she exemplary in her work, but Ms. Thuy also skillfully manages her household, cares for her elderly mother, and, together with her husband, tends to their four acres of fruit orchards. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngoc, Party Committee member and President of the Women's Union of Truong Long commune, respectfully stated: “Ms. Nguyen Thanh Thuy is an exemplary Party Committee member and Women's Union leader in the hamlet, wholeheartedly dedicated to caring for members and women. She has proactively organized many appropriate activities, acting as a core figure in various movements, fostering trust and support from members and the people.”

Thanks to her contributions and achievements over the past 7 years, Ms. Thuy has consistently been awarded the title of "Outstanding Party Member," and the Women's Association of the hamlet has been recognized by the higher-level association as having outstandingly completed its tasks for 5 consecutive years.
