In a home meal, just a bowl of clam soup cooked with vegetables or clam soup with star fruit is enough. To have a nutritious pot of clam porridge, there is no fussy expense. Separate the clams, cut out the dirt, marinate the spices, smash the onions, stir-fry quickly on the pan. Choose sticky rice, wash it, drain and boil it with water, the fire is not too loud. When the rice is full, add the clams, stir well, season to taste. Ladle the porridge into the bowl, sprinkle some pepper, onions…
