Recognizing the fact that, in the past few days, the provincial Department of Information and Communications has sent many technical teams to each department, branch and locality to provide technical support with determination to complete the tasks assigned by the province.
Mr. Do Van Binh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tan Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, shared that from January 1, 1, the whole ward has devoted all efforts to the community in the field of administrative reform. According to the general direction of the province on not accepting paper documents eligible for settlement on the digital platform, the Ward People's Committee is directing to drastically implement the issues directed by the province, especially propaganda to create favorable conditions for people and businesses. "The People's Committee of the ward has strengthened propaganda about the community, propagandizing administrative procedures eligible to be carried out online on the ward's Fanpage, Zalo Hoa Phu groups and widely on the ward's loudspeakers and mobile vehicles. Teams and groups go to each household, inn to propagate and guide; regularly hang posters and posters on the topic of communists on the roads and alleys..", said Mr. Nguyen Van An.

The Provincial People's Committee has strongly directed and required departments, agencies and sectors to digitize administrative procedures of the province, from the results of digitizing input documents so that people and businesses do not need to submit paper documents for digitized documents. According to the above roadmap, towards 2023 and 2024, the province strives to implement administrative procedures to ensure that it meets the requirements set by the province and assigned by the Central Government.
